介绍了结晶器钢水液位测量仪的原理和方法，该测量仪由γ射线源、核辐射探测器、单片机和有关电路组成。γ射线源和核辐射探测器组成传感器，单片机和有关电路组成信号测量单元,讨论了电路设计、测量算法和程序流程,给出了应用结果。%The measuring principle and methods of the mould level gauge areintroduced.The gauge is made of the radioactive source and nuclear detector of which the transducer is composed and the single microcomputer and some circuit of which the measurement unit is composed.The circuit design,measurement algorithm and program flow chart are discussed,the application results are also given.
