The composition of oxygen volume fraction measurement system with partial pressure type oxygen sensor is introduced, the structure and the application method of the sensor are discussed also. The signal processing and detection method of partial pressure type oxygen sensor and ambient pressure sensor are presented, as well as the design of control circuits. The measurement precision of the system precedes ±1 % FS at the room temperature, ±2 % FS at ambient temperature -55 ~70℃ by test. The system works stably and the precision excursion is less than ±1 % within 1000 h life test at 70 ℃ ambient temperature.%介绍了采用分压型氧传感器的氧气体积分数测量系统的构成,讨论了分压型氧传感器结构和应用方法.给出了分压型氧传感器和环境压力传感器的信号处理和检测方法,以及控制电路的设计.经过测试,系统在室温环境下测量精度优于±1%FS,-55~70℃范围内优于±2%FS.在70℃环境下1000h寿命试验中,工作稳定,精度漂移量小于±1%.
