介绍了一种以ARM处理器S3C4480为核心、利用红外光谱原理对SF_6气体中水分含量进行监测的实时在线检测系统.系统运用基于分子辐射吸收理论的红外检测技术,设计了探测水分的光电传感器;开发了以S3CA4B0为核心,包括A/D转换模块、LCD液晶显示模块、基于串口的GPRS通信模块等在内的ARM中央硬件处理平台.与传统检测设备相比,该系统灵敏度高,重复性好,实时性强,是测量精度达到0.001%,是测量SF_6气体中微水分含量的理想设备.%A real-time detecting system online for monitoring H_2O in the gas of SF_6 concentration with infrared laser spectral detection principle is introduced. Applying infrared detection technology based on the molecular absorption of radiation theory,the photoelectric sensor for H_2O density detection is designed. The ARM hardware platform centralized on S3C44B0 is developed. It consists of A/D conversion module, LCD display module and GPRS module by RS-232 bus. Compared with the traditional instruments, it has high sensitivity,good at repetition and powerful in real-time. The detecting precision reaches 0.001 % , which is an ideal equipment for detecting H_2O concentration in the use of the gas of SF_6.
