A kind of gas flow analysis equipment is designed, with a triangular prism vortex shedder and a piezoelectric detector installed on the sample pipe. With oxygen volume fraction transducer, temperature resistance, MPXA6115A piezoresistive transducer, the gas flow, temperature, oxygen volume fraction and absolute pressure of the vehicle diluted exhaust emission are measured. MCU C8051F021 is used to process the signals, then them are transfered to human-machine interface by LabVIEW on the host computer. The calibration experiment shows the coefficient of flow meter is 1159.30,and the relative error is only 0.82 %.%设计了三角柱式涡街发生体和压电式涡街检测探头,并采用一体化的结构形式,将其直接安装在流量分析仪的取样管上,配以装在管道上的氧体积分数传感器、热电阻温度传感器,以及MPXA6115A型集成式气压传感器完成机动车简易瞬态工况法排放中稀释气体的体积流量、氧体积分数、温度、气体绝对压力的测量.通过C8051F021单片机进行数据处理,传输至上位机的LabVIEW人机界面.标定实验表明:流量仪表的系数为1159.30,基本误差为0.82%.
