光纤光栅是利用光纤的光敏特性制成的新型光无源器件,在传感方面具有许多独特的优点.但光纤光栅本身压力灵敏度非常低,要想在实际测量中发挥作用,必须对其进行压力增敏.介绍了目前比较流行的几种压力增敏方式,分析了它们的优缺点和用途,并对光纤光栅压力传感器的发展做出展望.%Optical fiber grating is a new type of optical passive devices fabricated by using photosensitive characteristic,it has many unique advantages. However,the pressure sensitivity of fiber grating itself is very low. In order to play a role in actual measurement, pressure sensibilization must be carried out. Several current popular modes of pressure sensibilization are introduced. Their advantages,disadvantages and application are analyzed,and development of fiber grating pressure sensor is prospected.
