由于小波分析具有多分辨率分析的特点,在时域和频域都有表征信号局部信息的能力.提出以小波分析为基础的浊度传感器故障诊断的研究,对信号进行小波变换,求出奇异性和奇异值,从而检测传感器故障发生的时刻和严重情况.仿真实验表明:该法能有效地检测和识别出浊度传感器故障、且具有灵敏性好、故障诊断率高等特点.%Because the wavelet has the characteristic of multi-resolution analysis,and has the ability to represent signal of local information in time domain and frequency domain. The research is based on wavelet analysis of wavelet transform for fault diagnosis of turbidity sensor,singularity and the singular values are found out,and fault time and serious condition of the sensor are detected. Simulation results show that this method can effectively detect and identify faults of turbidity sensor, which has characteristics of sensitivity and high rate of fault diagnosis.
