光纤传感技术测量曲率的研究进展

         

摘要

Fiber-optic sensor has the advantages of resisting of electromagnetic interference, small dimension,corrosion preventing and easy integration. It is regarded as one of the most promising high and new technology industries. In research areas of material structures, structure curvature is an important parameter. The limitations of traditional curvature measurement technology and the characters of fiber-optic sensing technology are analyzed. The research status and characters of curvature measurement by different type fiber-optic sensor are introduced. At the same time, it is believed that high integration and intelligent are expected to be the development tread of fiber-optic sensor.%光纤传感器具有抗电磁干扰、体积小、耐腐蚀及可集成等诸多优点,已被国内外公认为最具有发展前途的高新技术产业之一.在材料结构领域中,负载结构下的变形曲率是一个非常重要的结构参数.在分析传统曲率测量技术的局限性和光纤传感技术特点的基础上,重点介绍了不同类型光纤传感器测量曲率的研究现状,并分析了它们各自的特性.最后,提出高集成化和智能化是光纤传感器的发展趋势.
