一种用于钢球表面缺陷检测的电涡流传感器研究

     

摘要

The steel balls surface and sub-surface defects can be non-contact detected by eddy current detecting method. The detecting signal is related to crack depth of excitation frequency and the electromagnetic characteristics of the detected steel balls. Since interference signals is in series,so it is necessary to process output signals of eddy current probe. The phase-sensitive wave detecting method is introduced in the process. After orthogonal decomposition and coordinate rotation to the output signals, the interference to defect signals can be converted to X-axis direction. Thus the interference to defect signals can be avoided. Experiments show that the detecting effect of the sensor is good.%电涡流检测法可以非接触性地检测钢球表面和亚表面缺陷,检测信号与激励频率裂纹的深度以及被测钢球的电磁特性有关.由于干扰信号的串入,所以应对涡流探头的输出信号进行处理.在处理的过程中引入相敏检波法,对输出信号进行正交分解和坐标旋转,从而将干扰信号变换到X轴方向,避免对缺陷信号的干扰.实验证明该传感器检测效果良好.
