便携式接触网几何参数激光测量仪的研制

         

摘要

针对电气化铁路检修工区接触网日常巡检的需求,研制了一种便携式激光测量仪,用于接触网几何参数的日常检测.结合接触网几何参数的测量方法建立了有效的测量模型;基于DSP2812为主控芯片,完成了激光传感器、角度测量传感器、摄像头等硬件电路设计,并完成了激光测量仪的软件设计.通过实验,验证了测量仪设计的正确性.%Aiming at requirement of catenaries routine inspection in electrified railway maintenance work area, develops a portable laser measuring instrument which is used to test catenaries geometry parameters. Combining the method for catenaries geometry parameters measurement,builds an effective measuring model. It uses DSP2812 as the master chip and completes design of hardware circuit such as laser sensor,angle measurement sensor, video camera and so on, and also completes software design of laser measuring instrument. Verifies the correctness of design of the measuring instrument through experiment.
