基于拉压力传感器的压力测痛仪设计

         

摘要

Aiming at some problems of algometer,such as low precision and sensitivity,a kind of algometer based on high precision pull or press force sensor is developed. This instrument uses single-chip microcomputer C8051F020 as core, and by signal acquisition and processing circuit coordinated with software programming, collection, display and data storage of pressure pain threshold ( PPT) are realized. Test results show that the obtained PPT has higher accuracy ( <0. 3 N)and better stability, which provides reliable technical support for treatment and curative effect evaluation.%针对当前测痛仪存在精度和灵敏度较低等问题,研制了一种基于高精度拉压力传感器的测痛仪.该仪器以C8051F020单片机为核心,通过信号采集和处理电路配合软件编程,实现了压痛阈值的采集、显示和存储等功能.实验表明:仪器获取的压痛阈值精确度高(<0.3 N)、稳定性好,为临床疗效评估和治疗提供了很好的技术支持.
