半导体制冷的冷阱系统设计

         

摘要

针对有机挥发性气体在空气中含量较少不易被测量等特点,设计了一种半导体冷阱捕集热解析装置,该系统对样品进行浓缩处理,可对样品进行100%测定,使测定的灵敏度提高,该方法与其它前处理法相比具有结构简单,冷却速度快,维修方便易于控制等优点。实验结果表明:该系统稳定可靠。通过对冷阱温度以及5种不同浓度的乙醇和甲醛进行检测,乙醇的平均误差为0.44×10-6,甲醛的平均误差为0.36×10-6,测试结果满足要求。%Aiming at features of organic volatile gas is less in the air and not easily be detected,design a kind of semiconductor cold trap system independently. Via being thickening treatment samples can be measured 100 % , which can increase sensitivity of measurement. Compared to other pre-treatment methods,it has advantages of simple structure,cooling quickly,easy to maintain and control. Experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable. By detecting 5 kinds of different volume fraction of ethanol and formaldehyde,when average error of ethanol detecting is 0. 44 ×10 -6 ,and to formaldehyde,it is 0. 36 ×10 -6 ,so the test results meet the needs.
