用于固体运载火箭伺服系统位移测量及反馈的特种传感器,其基体材料的选用不仅应满足环境要求,且应考虑基材的机械加工性、电气连接可靠性、耐温性、耐油性、耐潮性等问题.主要介绍了固体运载火箭伺服系统传感器的几种典型基体材料的应用情况,总结了工程应用中的共性问题,提出了相应的解决办法,为伺服特种传感器基材选用提出了工程建议.%Special sensors for displacement measurement and feedback of solid launch vehicle servo system,the choice of matrix material should not only meet environmental requirements,but also machinability,electrical connection reliability,temperature resistance,oil resistance,moisture resistance and other issues should be considered.Application of several typical matrix material of sensor of solid launch vehicle servo system is described.A common problems in engineering applications are summarized,put forward corresponding solutions, and project proposal for matrix material selection of servo special sensor are proposed.
