不同波长近红外人体血管成像技术研究

     

摘要

Aiming at problem that images collected by the vascular imaging device will inevitably be polluted by themselves or external factors,so it is difficult for the naked eye to distinguish quality of image,propose CLAHE enhancement and NiBlack algorithm processing are carried out on human blood vessel images collected in near infrared light of different wavelengths,and image quality is compared before and after treatment by multiple groups of experiments.The experimental results show that in reflection of near-infrared light,effect of arm blood vessels imageing collect by 940 nm monochromatic light has the best quality,760 nm and 940 nm mixed light compared is the second,effect collected by 760 nm monochromatic light is not ideal.%针对通过研制的血管成像装置采集到的图像不可避免地会受到本身或外界因素的噪声污染,肉眼很难分辨出图像质量的问题,提出了对在不同波长近红外光下采集的人体血管图像进行CLAHE增强和NiBlack算法处理,并通过多组实验对比处理前后图像的质量.实验结果表明:在近红外光反射照射下,940 nm单色光采集的手臂血管成像效果最佳,760 nm和940 nm混合光次之,760 nm单色光采集效果不理想.
