储能容量的优化配置是风光储系统的重要问题.针对该问题,提出一种储能优化配置方法.首先建立储能容量配置的双层决策模型,外层规划模型的决策变量为储能的功率和容量配置,目标为储能的初始投资与联络线波动惩罚最低,内层规划模型的决策变量为储能在运行过程中的充放电功率,目标为系统联络线功率波动最低;然后基于动态规划方法进行求解;最后对含风电、光伏、电池储能以及负荷的联合发电系统进行算例分析,分别选取春、夏、秋季典型日数据进行仿真,仿真结果表明储能配置策略的有效性.%The optimal configuration of Energy storage is an important issue in wind/PV/storage hybrid system designing. This paper proposes a strategy of optimizing energy storage capacity in wind/PV/storage hybrid system. Firstly, the double-layer decision model of the storage capacity configuration is established. The decision variables of the outer decision model are the power and capacity of the energy storage, while the target is the minimum investment of the storage and the contact line penalty. The decision variable of the inner decision model is the charge and discharge power of the energy storage during the operation, while the target is to minimize power fluctuation on system tie line. Then a typical system is analyzed as a simulation example, including wind power, photovoltaic, battery energy storage and load. According to the typical daily data in spring, summer and winter, the simulation results verify the energy storage configuration strategy proposed.
