八开关三相逆变器-感应电机传动系统直接转矩控制算法

     

摘要

This paper proposes a direct torque control (DTC) algorithm for eight-switch three-phase inverter (ESTPI)-fed induction motor drives to suppress DC-link capacitor voltage fluctuation. Firstly, in all ESTPI's sectors, the variations of the motor torque, flux linkage and the two DC-link capacitor voltage with the applied basic voltage vector are analyzed in detail. In order to control the motor flux linkage and torque while balancing the two DC-link capacitor voltage values, a new vector selection lookup table is designed. Then, this algorithm adds the capacitor voltage hysteresis regulator based on the torque and flux hysteresis regulators of the traditional DTC system. The switching state of ESTPI can hence be controlled by these hysteresis regulators. Finally, the proposed control algorithm is verified by the simulation and experimental results.%提出一种抑制直流侧电容电压波动的八开关三相逆变器(ESTPI)-感应电机(IM)传动系统直接转矩控制(DTC)算法.首先,详细分析在ESTPI各扇区内,电机转矩、磁链以及直流侧两电容电压的大小随所施加的基本电压矢量的变化情况.为实现在控制电机磁链和转矩的同时平衡直流侧两电容电压的目标,设计新的矢量选择开关表.然后,在传统DTC系统转矩、磁链滞环调节器的基础上增加电容电压滞环调节器,用滞环调节器直接控制ESTPI的开关状态.最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提算法的正确性和有效性.
