介绍钛冶金工程的研究现状.Kroll法是目前工业生产金属钛所采用的方法,虽然在技术上日臻成熟,但制备工艺复杂,能耗大,成本高.近些年出现的新的钛冶金方法有Armstrong工艺、氧化物电解工艺(MOE工艺)、FFC工艺、Ginatta工艺、OS工艺、PRP工艺及USTB工艺等.详细介绍了这些新方法的机理和特点,指出这些方法是钛金属提取冶金技术发展的方向,但这些方法要实现连续的工业化生产,都必须解决自身存在的一些问题.最后分析了钛冶工程学科的发展方向和今后应开展的重点项目.%The status of titanium metallurgy engineering research was described. Kroll method has been used in industrial production method of titanium; although this is technically more mature, but the process of preparing complex and high energy consumption and costs. In recent years, the new methods of Armstrong titanium metallurgy process, oxide electrolysis ( MDE process) , FFC process, Ginatta process, OS processes, PRP process and USTB crafts emerge successively. Details of the mechanism and characteristics of these new methods were introduced, and it was indicated that these new methods are development direction of titanium metallurgy technology, but they to achieve the continuous industrial production, must solve their own problems. Finally, the future development direction and key projects to be carried out in the titanium metallurgy engineering field were also analyzed.
