氧含量及轧制工艺对纯钛管材性能的影响

     

摘要

氧是钛及其合金重要的间隙杂质元素之一,它的含量对钛合金的组织和性能具有一定的影响.研究了不同氧含量、不同轧制变形量对纯钛管材性能的影响,分析了氧含量、轧制变形率、轧制相对减壁量(Q值)等对管材力学性能的影响规律.研究结果表明,氧含量对纯钛管材性能有明显的影响,纯钛管材氧含量在0.08%~0.13%范围内可获得强度高、塑性优异的管材;轧制Q值变化对纯钛管材性能具有重要的影响,当1.2≤Q<2.3时,可获得综合性能优异的纯钛管材;冷轧变形率对纯钛管材的性能影响显著,当成品火次变形率控制在35% ~ 60%范围时,管材综合力学性能优异.%As one of the important interstitial elements, the content of oxygen has important effects on microstructures and properties of Ti and Ti alloys. The effects of adding methods and contents of oxygen on the properties of CPTi tubes were studied in this paper. The influence of oxygen content, rolling deformation rate, relatively reduction rate (Q) on the mechanical properties of the tubes was also analyzed. The results indicate that the strength of the tubes increases with the increasing of oxygen content and the ductility decline rapidly. When the tubes were rolled with the deformation rate of 35% ~60% , Q not less than 1. 2, seamless CPTi tubes with the favorite comprehensive properties will be obtained with oxygen content at the range of 0. 08% ~0. 13%.
