挤压比和退火温度对TA22钛合金挤压管组织与性能的影响

     

摘要

通过热挤压方法制备了φ50 mm×8 mm和φ45 mm×7 mm两种规格的TA22钛合金管.研究了9.85、12.6两种挤压比和650、700、750、800℃四种退火温度对热挤压管显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:挤压比对TA22合金挤压管的力学性能影响不大,可以采用较大的挤压比制备TA22合金管以提高生产效率;退火处理对改善TA22挤压管材的冷加工性能作用有限,生产的热挤压管若作为冷加工用管坯,可不进行退火处理,以提高生产效率,降低生产成本.热挤压管具有良好的冷加工性能,可经冷轧加工成φ15 mm× 12.5 mm ×3500 mm小规格冷却器用换热管.%TA22 titanium tubes with two dimensions were prepared by using hot extrusion method, the effects of extrusion process and annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the experimental tubes were also investigated. It was found that TA22 titanium tubes can be produced by hot extrusion in high extrusion ratio; however, the ratio can hardly affect the mechanical properties of TA22 extruded tubes. The dimensions and the quality of internal and external surface of the extruded tubes are both good; simultaneously the mechanical properties at room and high temperature are good too. After vacuum - annealing at 650 - 800℃ for 90 min, the strength of the hot extruded tubes fall a little and the elongation barely increase, which means vacuum - annealing has a very limited effect on improving the cold - working properties of TA22 extruded tubes.
