锆材离心泵的国产化及其在醋酸生产中的应用

In order to meet the needs of acetic acid enterprises, Zirconium Centrifugal Pump were designed and manufactured by Xi' an Pump & Valve Plant Co., Ltd. The localization of Zirconium Centrifugal Pump has become true. In this paper, the development process of XGB Zirconium Centrifugal Pump and the key technical points were introduced. The performance parameters of XGB150 - 100 -400 Pump can be compared with that of foreign countries. XGB Zirconium Centrifugal Pump has a good operation during two years running, and can achieve the requirements of acetic acid enterprises.%为满足国内醋酸企业的需要,西安泵阀总厂有限公司对锆材离心泵进行了开发和生产,实现了锆材离心泵的国产化.重点介绍了XGB型锆泵开发过程及主要技术要点.生产的XGB150 - 100 -400型锆泵的性能参数达到了国外同类产品水平.经过醋酸企业两年多时间的试用,XGB型离心泵运转良好,能够满足醋酸企业的使用要求.
