国内外钛白及海绵钛主要原料产业现状及我国发展重点

摘要

The domestic and foreign capacity, production and production technologies of the ilmenite ore, titanium slag and rutile materials industry required for preparing titanium dioxide and titanium sponge were summarized.The present problems of titanium raw material industry in China were also analyzed, and the key points of its developing can be recommended as below: increasing the productivity of ilmenite and acid soluble titanium slag; accelerating industrial production of synthetic rutile and UGS for boiling chlorination; mining of titanium and titanium - rich material production should be large, automated direction, improving mineral utilization, reducing environmental pollution erosion; with the actual resources of titanium, accelerating the studies on titanium slag smelting furnace and processing technology of acid soluble titanium slag, so that our rich titanium resources are fully utilized.%综述了国内外钛白、海绵钛所需的钛精矿、钛渣、金红石原料产业的产能、产量及生产技术.分析了我国钛白、海绵钛生产所需原料的供需状况以及产业存在的主要问题,同时指出我国钛原料产业今后发展的重点是:提升钛精矿和酸溶性钛渣的产能;加速沸腾氯化法用人造金红石和UGS的工业化生产;钛矿采选及富钛料生产应向大型化、自动化方向发展,提高矿物的综合利用,减少环境污染;结合我国钛矿资源实际,加快大型密闭电炉冶炼钛渣及钛精矿和酸溶性钛渣处理技术的研究,使我国丰富的钛资源得到充分利用.
