基于二元相图精确计算钛合金α+β/β相变点

     

摘要

基于Ti-X二元相图提出了一种精确计算钛合金α+β/β相变点的方法,并根据该方法给出了一个计算公式.用该公式对几十个合金的相变点进行了计算,并与实测值进行了对比,除个别合金偏差较大外,其余合金的相变点计算值与测试值相差一般不超过±5℃.这表明该方法和公式涵盖面广、精确度高,适用于绝大多数钛合金的相变点计算.%Based on the Ti -X binary phase diagrams, we have proposed a method and provided a formula for accurately calculating α +β/β phase transition of titanium alloys. The calculated β phase transition temperatures of dozens of alloy were compared with the measured data. It was found that the errors were within ± 5 ℃ generally. The results indicate that the method and the formula are highly extensive and accurate, and can be applied to almost all titanium alloys.
