AES with D.C.electric arc excitation was applied to the determination of impurities in Nb - Ti alloy.The experimental conditions were optimized by studying the effect of buffer composition, the conditions of instruments and the analytical lines.The detection limits of various elements determinated are found to be from 5 × 10 -4% to 3 × 10 -3%.The relative standard deviations are less than 18% and the standard recovery rate is between 85% - 111%.The test method has the advantages of high accuracy and high efficiency.%应用直流电弧原子发射光谱法同时测定铌钛合金中的9种杂质元素.对摄谱仪器参数、缓冲剂、分析谱线进行了优化选择.测试结果表明,用这种方式测定各元素的下限为5×10-4%~3×10-3%,测定的相对标准偏差≤18%,回收率在85%~111%之间.该方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点.
