一种新型近β钛合金热处理过程中晶粒长大规律研究

     

摘要

采用金相法研究了一种新型β钛合金的β晶粒长大行为.结果表明,加热温度介于800 ~980℃时,晶粒随加热温度的升高呈指数形式长大,且晶粒生长指数均小于纯钛在相变点以上的晶粒生长指数(n=0.5),这主要是由于溶质原子对晶界移动的阻滞效应造成的.同时计算得到这种新型近β钛合金的晶粒长大激活能Q为255.72 kJ/mol,高于纯钛的β相自扩散激活能(Q=166 kJ/mol).%The grain growth kinetics of a novel beta titanium alloy was studied by metallographic test. The results show that the grain growth of this novel titanium alloy presents an exponential trend when the heating temperature in the range from 800 to 980 °C. And for the solute atoms hinder the movement of grain boundaries prevented the growth of the grain, the growth index for this titanium alloy is less than 0. 5 which is the grain growth index of pure titanium. Besides, the grain growth activation energy Q 255. 72 kJ/mol is calculated, which is more than 166 kJ/mol of the free diffusion activation energy for the beta phase pure titanium
