新型医用TB12钛合金不同状态下力学性能研究

     

摘要

A novel metalstable titanium alloy referenced as TB12 has been developed for the dental implantations. The effects of solution and ageing treatment for the mechanical property of Φ8 mm TB12 titanium alloy was studied. The result shows that TB12 titanium alloy could realize total solution treatment by 780 -850 ℃ x0. 5 h heat treatment, and TB12 titanium alloy possessed 60 GPa modulus of elasticity, 1 000 MPa tensile strength, excellent shear strength and good ductility. Besides, up to 1 300 MPa tensile strength and more than 5% elongation can be achieved under solution and ageing state for TB12.%为满足牙种植体对高强度、低模量钛合金的需要,设计开发了一种具有较低弹性模量和较高强度的新型医用TB12亚稳β钛合金.研究了固溶处理和时效处理对制备的φ8mm TB12钛合金热轧棒材力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:TB12钛合金经过780~850℃×0.5h的热处理即可实现完全固溶处理.在固溶状态TB12钛合金具有近60GPa的较低弹性模量、1000Mpa的较高抗拉强度、优良的抗剪强度和良好的塑性,满足生物医用钛合金所需要的高强度和低模量的匹配.在固溶时效状态,TB12钛合金具有高达1300Mpa的高强度和大于5%的延伸率.
