Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B alloy test bars were prepared by vacuum arc remelting furnace.The effects of quenching and aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of as -cast Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B alloy were studied by metallographic observation and mechanics performance testing.The results show that the tensile strength can be increased by the method of quenching and aging, while the plasticity can hardly be increased.Meanwhile, the uniform and fine duplex microstructure can be obtained by 1 380℃×30 min/QC+1 240℃×6 h/AC, and the experimental sample after this heat treatment has the highest room temperature tensile strength.%经真空自耗凝壳炉浇注得到Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B合金试棒,通过显微组织观察和力学性能测试,研究了淬火及时效工艺对Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,通过淬火+时效处理可以提高铸态Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B合金的抗拉强度,但对其塑性的影响作用有限.经1 380℃×30 min/QC+1 240℃×6h/AC处理后,Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B合金可以获得均匀细小的双态组织,室温抗拉强度最高.
