刍议新城规划建设过程中的技术管理 以上海嘉定新城核心区为例

摘要

With technological management as the main theme,this article explains the theoretical category of technological management and its relationship with project management.Taking the technological menagement of the core area of Jiading New Town,the article introduces that the main challenges appeared in the process of planning and construction were at city, community,and architectural levels.The article offers a detailed analysis of the technological management team and their approaches and experience in facing challenges,and their attempts to sum up the basic know-hows in terms of urban planning,architectural design and construction supervision.Lastly the guiding principle of technological management based on humaniged needs is introduced.%文章以技术管理为主线,阐述技术管理的理论范畴以及与项目管理的关系,并以嘉定新城核心区为例,介绍在规划建设过程中,技术管理在城市、社区、建筑三个层面面临的主要矛盾,深入分析技术管理的工作团队及其工作方法和工作经验,从城市规划、建筑设计、现场施工梳理基本的工作经验,提出技术管理要以人为本的指导原则。
