清末川边改土归流前期西藏东部盐井社会状况及周边环境考察

摘要

The British forces invaded Tibet of China in the late Qing Dynasty .If China would lose Chuanbian that will jeopardize the central plains ,so Qing Government actively promoted Chuanbian Gai-tu-gui-liu policy .Yanjing Gai-tu-gui-liu policy is an important step in Zhao Erfeng advance the Gai-tu-gui-liu policy of the edge of Sichuan .Although at present academic circles has realized the mportance of Yanjing Gai-tu-gui-liu policy,but there is lack of comprehensive investigation in the ocial conditions of Yanjiang in the early stage of the gai -tu-gui-liu policy.%清末，英国势力入侵西藏，川边不保将危及中原，于是清廷积极推动川边的改土归。盐井改土归流是赵尔丰推进川边改土归流的重要一步，目前学界虽认识到盐井改土归流重要性，但是对盐井改土归流前期的社会状况，如英国入侵盐井西部的察隅等地和盐井周边、纳西、独龙、怒、傈僳等民族关系综合考察的论述较少。显然，盐井改土归流是整个川边改归流的基础，利于推动藏东盐业改革，特别是有效打通了清廷和西藏东部察隅等地的联系，有效遏制了英属印度进一步北犯，维护了国家统一，维护了边疆稳定，增进了该地区民族的国认同。
