西藏文化产业发展布局的理论与实践分析

     

摘要

西藏文化产业作为西藏自治区的一个特色产业,也是本区的重要支柱产业,其发展度直接关系到西藏的经济发展高度。文化产业具有产业链长、产业集聚度高和地域分布性等特征。西藏的文化产业布局主要受文化资源、历史传统、集聚性、宗教和政府政策等因素响。西藏文化产业的发展布局应遵循文化资源分布现状、地域集聚性、地区产业结构和谐和持续发展等基本原则,重点依托中心城市、主要交通干线沿线地区和传统文化走廊及文化口建设文化产业。根据西藏拉萨市和其他六个地市文化产业的实际布局状况,西藏文化产业该采取"一核、两翼、多集群"的发展布局。%Culture industry of Tibet is a characteristic industry in Tibet Autonomous Region ,and it also s a pillar industry of this region .So to speak , the degree of this industry ’ s development determinates he height of economic development of Tibet .The industry of culture owns the characteristic of long hain,high degree of cluster and strong local distribution .The layout of Culture industry of Tibet is af-ected by the factors of culture resource , history tradition , cluster degree , religion and policy of govern-ent.The layout of Tibet culture industry should be up to basic principles of status of culture re -ource,cluster degree of region,harmonious structure of local industry and containable development .And ut out main suggestions of backing central cities ,main lines of traffic ,and traditional cultural roads and cultural ports for developing Tibet culture industry .Deeply the practices of Tibet culture industry layout f lhasa city and other six locations.At the end,a developing layout of “one core,two way,many clus-ers”in Tibet culture industry .
