Oil monitoring, one of the import means of non-disintegration monitoring, has attached more and more attention from equipment managers due to its convenience and fast speed. The oil monitoring in foreign countries was based on the ASTM,E2412 standard and has achieved good effects. In recent years, China has carried out IR monitoring and accumulated certain theories and data, but is still in lack of a national standard reference system. Tianjin Port Fifth Port Co., Ltd. hasbeen committed to oil monitoring, which is used as an import measure of machinery equipment management, and has obtained certain effect.
