The literature and art policy is the main intermediateway to link literature and art theo-ry, thoughts, creation and cultural governance. Literature and art are an important part of modern so-cial governance, not a resisting and destructive force for social development. The formulation and con-stant adjustment of literary and artistic policies are important valves for social development and changes and are of great significance to modern social governance. In terms of creation and policies, contempo-rary Chinese literary and artistic practice has carved out its own way and has gained the respect and recognition of the international community, including some first-class scholars in the world. The prob-lem is that we do not seem to have made any theoretical analysis of the practice of contemporary Chi-nese literary and artistic creation and policies. Every aesthetic and literary critic and scholar should face this harsh reality and take up this important theoretical challenge.%文艺政策是文艺理论、文艺思想与文艺创作,以及文化治理之间相互联系的主要方式和中间环节.文学艺术是现代社会治理的重要组成部分,而不是社会发展的抵制和破坏性力量.文艺政策的制定和不断调整,是社会发展和变迁的重要阀门,具有现代社会治理的重要意义.当代中国文学艺术实践的创作方面和政策方面,都已经走出了自己的道路,取得了包括国际上一流学者在内的尊重和承认.但问题是,我们似乎还没有给予当代中国文艺创作和文艺政策的实践学理化分析.每一个美学和文学批评学者都应该面对这个严酷的现实,承担起这个重要的理论挑战.
