青年女教师心理压力及应对方式调查研究

摘要

Using the questionnaires methods investigating on a random sample of 400 young female university teachers,In order to discuss psychological pressure, countermeasures and the correlation between them of young female university teachers.The finding shows that young female university teachers are higher enormous psychological pressure.Responding the pressure,they generally used positive countermeasures to solve the problem. Psychological pressure and negative countermeasures are significant positive correlation,psychological pressure and positive countermeasures are significant negative correlation.%　　为了探讨心理压力对高校青年女教师的影响，以及应对方式在其中所起的作用，随机选取南京和芜湖市4所不同类别高校共计400名青年女教师作为被试，运用《高校青年女教师心理压力调查表》和《应对方式量表》对他们进行了测查。结果表明，高校青年女教师的心理压力稍有偏高，压力主要来源于自身的发展以及工作与家庭的不协调；高校教师多采用积极的应对方式解决自身的心理压力问题；积极的应对方式与青年女教师的心理压力之间呈显著的正相关。
