高校教师的个人知识管理和学术交流

摘要

知识信息时代，知识资源和人力资源都是备受关注的焦点，文章对高校教师的个人知识管理和学术交流的概念进行梳理，阐述了两者对教师的重要性，并分析了知识获取、存储、转化、共享、创新与学术交流的相互关系。教师个人知识管理与学术交流是相辅相成的，教师应该协同地进行个人知识管理和学术交流。%In the knowledge and information age, knowledge and human resources are the focus of concern. The paper cards the concepts of personal knowledge management and academic exchange of university teacher, and describe their importance, at last analysis the interrelation between knowledge acquisition, storage, transfer, sharing, innovation and academic exchange. They should work together and support each other, and university teacher should manage personal knowledge and undertake academic exchange collaboratively.
