提高市民公共文明素质的路径探寻

Public civilization quality is not only the inner core of urban civilization and the soul, but important manifestations of public moral fiber. In recent years, as urbanization continues to accelerate, Shaoxing is now actively establishing“national civilized cities” and implementing the task of improving citizen’s moral quality which was proposed in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The paper, based on the analysis of the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, taking Shaoxing as the example, analyzes the public civilization quality, founds the influencing factors, and then puts forward some pointed as well as corresponding suggestions.%市民公共文明素质是城市文明的内在核心与灵魂，也是公民道德素质的重要表现。近年来，绍兴市的城市化进程不断加快，并在积极创建“全国文明城市”，落实十八大提出的“全面提高公民道德素质”的任务。文章以绍兴市市民为调查样本，在进行问卷分析及实地调研的基础上，对市民公共文明素质进行分析，发现其中的影响因素，继而有针对性地提出相应的可行性建议。
