贫困大学生就业择业心理问题研究

面对日渐严峻的就业形势，大学生在就业、择业过程中，受到主客观因素的综合影响，容易产生程度不同的就业择业心理问题。而贫困大学生作为大学生中的特殊群体，由于面临择业、就业和经济等多重压力，在面临就业时，容易产生一些共性的心理问题。所以，本文从当前高校贫困生面对的就业、择业困境入手，分析造成其困境的成因，并试从社会、学校、贫困生自身等几个方面探求解决问题的途径，帮助高校贫困生能够顺利的就业、理性地择业。%In the face of increasingly severe employment situation, college students in employment, in the process of choosing a career, affected by subjective and objective factors of comprehensive, easy to produce different degree of employment and job selection psychological problems.
