有机硅改性封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯的合成与性能

         

摘要

以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、羟基硅油改性剂、聚醚多元醇(PPG)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、甲乙酮肟(MERO)等为主要原料,合成了有机硅改性封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯,并通过FT-IR对其结构进行了分析和表征,红外谱图的测试结果表明:活泼的异氰酸酯基团被完全封闭,羟基硅油改性剂L-1170已经引入到聚氨酯的主链之中.采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对合成产物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg|)进行了测试,结果表明:羟基硅油的引入使软、硬段的玻璃化转变温度降低.应用试验表明:织物经合成产物整理后,湿摩擦牢度均有较大提高,与未引入羟基硅油改性剂的普通封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯相比,织物手感有了明显改善.%The blocked cationic silicone-modified water-borne polyurethane was prepared from toluene di-isocyanate (TDI), hydroxyl silicone modifier, polypropylene glycol (PPG), N-methyl diethanlamine (MDEA), and methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO). The chemical structure of the products was characterized by FT-IR, and the result indicated that the active group (-NCO) was blocked and the hydroxyl silicone modifier L-1170 incorporated into polyurethane chain. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) revealed the Tg values of the products, and the addition of hydroxyl-terminated silicone oil decreased Tg values of the soft and hard segment. The wet crock fastness was greatly increased when the products were applied for the treatment of cotton fabrics. The handle of the fabric treated by the blocked cationic water-borne polyurethane was distinctly improved compared with that without silicone modifier.
