用酸性染料墨水对塔丝隆锦纶织物喷墨印花.探讨了酸性印花糊料、尿素、硫酸铵、蒸化时间和固色剂对印花得色量的影响,优化了喷墨印花工艺条件,测试了青、黄、品红和黑4种颜色喷印织物的各项色牢度和K/S值.结果表明：酸性印花糊料用量1.0%,尿素用量3%,硫酸铵用量1.5%,蒸化时间30~40 min,固色剂用量1.5%,塔丝隆锦纶织物的喷墨印花表观得色量K/S值可达70以上,水洗牢度、日晒牢度和干摩擦色牢度均可达到4级以上.%Taslan fabric was ink- jet printed with acid dye ink. The effects of acid dye printing thickener, urea, ammonium sulfate, steaming time and the fixing agent on the printing color yield were discussed. The ink- jet printing process conditions were optimized through the fastness and K/S value of fabric printed by green, yel ow, magenta and black color. The results showed that acid thickener dosage was 1.0%, the amount of urea was 3%, ammonium sulfate dosage was 1.5%, steaming time 30~40 min, fixing agent dosage was 1.5%. The apparent color yield K/S value of ink- jet printed Taslan nylon fabric could reach above 70, the wash-ing fastness, light fastness and dry rubbing fastness could reach level 4 and above.
