脂肪族/芳香族二羧酸酯单体配伍对水溶性共聚酯浆料上浆性能的影响

     

摘要

考察丙二酸二甲酯(DMM)/对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)单体配伍对脂肪族/芳香族水溶性共聚酯(WSACP)浆料上浆性能的影响.通过将DMM/DMT二羧酸酯单体以不同的物质的量比进行配伍,采用酯交换-缩聚两步法制得一系列具有不同分子结构的WSACP环保浆料,测定WSACP的粘均分子质量、COD与BOD值、WSACP浆液在T/C混纺织物上的接触角及WSACP/淀粉共混浆液的表观粘度,并采用该系列WSACP与淀粉浆料共混对T/C 65/35经纱进行上浆试验,测试了浆纱的强伸性、耐磨性以及毛羽数量.结果表明,当n(DMM)/n(DMT)为3/7时,所浆出的T/C混纺纱性能较为优异.%The effects of monomer compatibility of dimethyl malonate (DMM) and dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) on sizing performance of environment friendly water- soluble aliphatic/aromatic copolyesters (WSACP) were surveyed. Through blending DMM/DMT monomers with various molar ratios, a series of environment friendly WSACP with different molecular structures were prepared using a two- step method (i.e. transesterifi?cation- polycondensation). Viscosity average molecular weight, COD & BOD values and contact angles on T/C blended fabric of the WSACP sizes, as wel as apparent viscosity of WSACP/starch blended sizing paste were evaluated initial y. Then the copolyesters were blended with starch sizes and the blends were employed to size T/C 65/35 warp yarns. Tensile strength, tensile elongation, abrasion resistance and hairiness of the sized yarns were tested. The experiment results showed that when the molar ratio of DMM and DMT was 3/7, the sized T/C blended yarns exhibited better sizing performance.
