Some inappropriate English teaching and learning behaviors lead to inefficiency in classrool, is after the eighth cur- riculum reform. Thus, the paper analyzes the eight pairs of factors which are crucial to the improvement of efficiency for English teaching and learning. On the basis of proposing the need to keep balance between the factors and pursuit possible breakthroughs to establish a harmonious and ecological classroom atmosphere, the essay also, expounds how to deal with these relations.%本文针对第八次课程改革以来中小学英语课堂教学中出现的一些低效的教与学的行为,重点分析了影响课堂教学效益提高的“有形与有效、基质与派生、建构与结构、温度与深度、广度与深度、提问与追问、主导与主体、结果与效能”等八种矛盾关紊,提出在这些对立面中要寻求平衡和突破,以创建和谐的生态课堂。此外,笔者还对如何处理好上述矛盾关系做了阐述。
