基于有限元分析的单相 GIS 隔离开关温度场仿真研究

     

摘要

Gas insulated switchgear (GIS)equipment widely used in electric power system,but the high temperature conductor contact may cause significant accidents.For accurate analysis of GIS loss of heating of conductor contact,using the method of finite element analysis,taking the single-phase GIS isolator switching as the example,establishes flow field solution model which its loss gives off heat.On the basis of considering the gas flows,shield,SF6 gas density,external en-vironmental factors such as temperature and gravity,computation analyze the temperature distributed rule which causes by GIS the conductor contact heating.%气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)设备在电力系统中应用广泛,但导体触头温升过高会引发重大事故。为准确分析 GIS导体触头的损耗发热问题,运用有限元分析方法,以单相 GIS 隔离开关为例,建立其损耗发热的流场求解模型。在综合考虑气体流动、屏蔽罩、SF6气体浓度、外部环境温度以及重力等多种因素影响的基础上,计算分析 GIS 内导体触头发热引起的温度分布规律。
