同心式磁齿轮复合电机有限元分析

         

摘要

In order to eliminate the friction loss and noise of the gear box in the wind power generation system, a new type of compound motor with concentric magnetic gear was developed.The magnetic field of the concentric magnetic gear was analyzed, and the air gap magnetic flux density and the static torque of the inner and outer rotor were calculated.The finite element model of the magnetic gear motor was built, and the counter electromotive force and the steady state running torque were calculated.The composite motor has high torque under the non mechanical contact transfer torque, and it can be used in the direct drive wind power generation system.%为消除风力发电系统中齿轮箱摩擦损耗、噪声等问题,文章中研制了一种同心式磁齿轮复合电机.分析了同心式磁齿轮的磁场,计算了气隙磁通密度和内外转子静态转矩,构建了磁齿轮复合电机的有限元模型,计算了反电动势和稳态运行转矩.这种复合电机在无机械接触传递转矩下仍有较高的转矩,可应用于直驱风力发电系统中.
