A method of financial analysis of individual radio base station by the technician is discussed in this paper, GSM taken as an example, which promises to help operators address these challenges. This method will be helpful for the radio network planning&optimisation, demonstrated by examples. It will also play a significant role in TD-LTE radio network planning&optimisation.%本文以GSM网络为例，简要介绍了运营商网络规划人员开展基站经济效益分析的方法，并通过示例介绍了其在无线网络规划和优化中的具体运用。本文讨论的方法对于运营商开展TD-LTE网络的规划和优化也有重要的参考意义。
