运营商依托融合通信提供全方位通信服务，可满足用户个性需求，优化业务结构，创新发展模式，打造4G移动互联网时代战略业务入口，驱动自身转型升级。本文综述了电信运营商在融合通信领域的发展和布局，以及中移全通公司在融合通信领域的实践。%Operator rely on converged communications to provide full range of communication services, they can meet the demand of the user personality, and optimize the business structure, innovate the development model, make 4G mobile Internet era strategic business entrance, drive it self changing and upgrading. This paper reviews the layout and development of the telecom operators in the field of fusion communication, and the practice of QuanTong company in the fi eld of fusion communication.
