4G网络深度覆盖精确需求识别方法研究

A new "283" identifi cation method is proposed, and the method is analyzed. How to evaluate the effect of the depth of the network, the coverage hole of high value, and the need to fi nd out the value of different scenes accurately, and pointed out the accurate method of how to do with the in-depth analysis and research.%针对深度覆盖的难点和特点，提出了一种全新的“283”识别方法，并对这种识别方法进行了深入的分析，如何来准确评估现网深度覆盖效果、准确识别高价值的室内弱覆盖区域、精确发现价值需求场景，实现对需求的精准把握进行了深入分析和研究。
