电力调度交换网演进设想

摘要

本文通过对国家电网公司各级电力调度单位的调研分析，提出了目前电力调度交换网面临的问题；结合电力调度交换网实际情况，进行了技术体制论证分析；根据调度交换网实际需求，研究并提出了基于软交换技术的电力调度交换网总体演进方案设想。%Through the investigation and study of the electric power dispatching companies at all levels of SGCC, this paper proposed the current problems of the dispatching exchange network; according to the actual situation of the dispatching exchange network, this paper do the analysis to the technical systems for evolution of dispatching exchange network; according to the actual demand of dispatching exchange network, the overall evolution scheme of the electric power dispatching exchange network based on soft switch technology is studied and proposed.
