GSM/TD-SCDMA退频策略研究

摘要

本文结合业务预测、数据分析等手段，计算GSM、TD-SCDMA未来5年可清退的频率资源，根据频段特点编制计算方法，制定相应的退频演进策略。%This paper provides an estimate on the possible carrier frequencies to become available over the next 5 years. Then based on the estimation and the characteristics of those carrier frequencies, a strategy is proposed to gradually withdraw the carrier frequencies from the GSM and TD-SCDMA network.
