基于层次分析法的代维考评指标研究

摘要

With the increasing complexity of network structure, the role of the acting maintenance has become an increasing important in the daily work of network maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing evaluation index system of county and research the found problems with the knowledge of AHP. On this basis, according to the relevant assessment norms, and advanced experience of other provinces, the paper has designed a new evaluation index architecture which applying for this county, at the same time, offered some ideas and suggestions for the use of mathematical modeling in maintenance management.%随着网络结构的日趋复杂，代维工作在网络维护日常工作中的作用日益突出。本文利用层次分析法的相关知识，对某区县现行的考评指标体系进行分析，对发现的问题进行研究。在此基础上，根据相关考核规范，并参照兄弟省份的先进经验，设计出适用于本区县的新型指标体系结构，与此同时，也为数学建模思想在代维管理中的应用提供了思路和建议。
