基于CHR的语音呼叫时延分析与优化

摘要

The mobile communication network whether 2G, 3G or 4G, including the gradual emergence and application VoLTE technology, however, voice call services will continue to be the mainstream in the coming years. To optimize network quality on voice connection delay, the paper focuses on the key points and uses CHR to optimize. This article effectively promote CHR independent optimization of the process, changed the previous analysis mode-dependent signaling instrument.%移动通信网不论是2G、3G还是4G,包括VoLTE技术的逐步兴起与应用，但当前乃至未来几年语音呼叫业务处理的主体仍将承载在GSM网络上，而语音呼叫时延时是影响客户感知的关键因素之一。为优化网络质量中语音呼叫时延，本文着重梳理出优化的关键点及优化措施，并运用CHR工具开展自主优化，创新解决以往依赖信令仪表、信令跟踪的分析模式，有效地推动CHR自主优化分析进程。
