火电厂脱硫系统结垢的原因分析及除垢研究进展

This paper describes the endangers caused by WFGD system, analyzes the reasons for scaling,dependingonthetypeandscaleoftheformationmechanismproposedeffectivemeasuresfordescaling,whicharedirectiveandhelpfultothede-sign,constructionandoperation.%随着石灰石---石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术在我国火电厂的广泛应用，脱硫系统中的结垢问题成为火电厂目前亟待解决的技术问题。本文叙述了WFGD系统结垢造成的危害，分析了系统结垢的原因，根据垢的种类及形成机理提出了系统除垢的有效措施。对设计、施工及运行有一定的指导意义。
