干扰素的抗纤维化作用在眼部应用的研究进展

纤维修复可有助于恢复组织的正常结构，但又可导致瘢痕的形成。抗纤维化的药物有很多种，其中干扰素(IFN)是一种生物制剂，在临床上能够很好地治疗纤维瘢痕性疾病。本文主要回顾干扰素的生物学特性和抗纤维化机制，分析常用抗纤维化药物的作用效果及不良反应，总结干扰素在眼部的抗纤维化作用，探讨了干扰素应用的新进展。%Fiber repair can help to restore the normal structure of organization, but can lead to the formation of scar. There are several kinds of anti fibrosis drug.Interferon (IFN) is a kind of biological agents,and it is well to treat fibrous scar disease in the clinical. Here is to review the biological characteristics and anti fibrosis mechanisms of interferon, analyze the effects and adverse reactions of anti fibrosis drug, summarize the anti fibrosis effects of interferon in ocular, and introduce the application progress of interferon.
