大学生就业难的成因及对策研究

摘要

With the growth of the scale of college students and transformation of Chinese economy, college student are confronted with more employment pressure in recent years. How to cope with the negative impact of post- financial crisis and promote the employment for col-lege students, some suggestions were discussed on the analysis of employment difficulty from the perspective of four aspects involving gov-ernment, student, college, and enterprises.%近几年由于高校的扩招和我国经济的转型，大学生的就业压力也越来越大。面对后金融危机的巨大冲击和影响，如何解决大学生就业难的问题，更有效地促进大学生就业，从政府﹑企业﹑学校﹑学生四个方面进行研究，并在分析就业难的问题上，提出了对应的解决措施。
